Bulb Anchor Cable Bolt How to work
The nature of the ground must be evaluated.
Drill a hole in the area according to bolt diameter, bolt length. The length of hole is 200mm to 500mm shorter than the cable bolt.
Attach a breather tube to the full length of the bolt. Breather tube protrudes about two meters from the hole.
Attach about one meter of grout tube to the end of the cable bolt with sufficient tail provided to connect to the pump.
Connect the grout tube to pump and place the breather tube into a container of water when pumping start. We will seethat in the water container that air bubbles will exhaust from the breather tube, when the hole is full of grout, air bubbles will disappear.
Insert the cable bolt and seal the hole to eliminate lose of grout when pumping.
Bulb Anchor Cable Bolt can be tensioned after the grout has cured.
