Mining Water Swelling Anchor

The Mining Water Swelling Anchor is installed in the anchor hole and high-pressure water is injected. After the water pressure exceeds the elastic limit of the pipe wall material, the anchor body undergoes permanent plastic expansion and deformation along with the geometry of the anchor hole, making it firmly embedded in the surrounding rock. Generates great friction; in addition, when the rod body expands, the anchor rod puts greater pressure on the surrounding rock mass, forcing the surrounding rock to strain and increasing the stress of the surrounding rock. In turn, the surrounding rock also squeezes the anchor rod body accordingly. Stress, and during the process of water-filled expansion of the hydraulic expansion anchor, its diameter changes from thin to thick, and there is a certain amount of shrinkage along the longitudinal direction, which causes the anchor plate to be pressed tightly against the surface of the surrounding rock, generating upward supporting force, thereby applying prestress to the surrounding rock.
